An Array of Styles

There’s all sorts of decisions to be made when picking out curtains, not just the aforementioned choice of colour and pattern. Choose panel pair curtains which have two distinct panels that are drawn in the middle, a single panel curtain which covers the entire window, or even choose to incorporate a valance at the top for some flair. You can then also decide on how your curtains are hung. Some example styles we offer to customers include:

  • Eyelet – Suitable for standard curtain poles, these feature metal rings which punch through the top of the curtain. You can get creative not just with the curtain itself, but by matching the colour of the ring with the curtain and pole, or choosing an offsetting colour which draws the eye.
  • Tab Top – These curtains have evenly spaced tabs positioned along the top of the curtain, allowing for easy attachment to traditional curtain poles (in a similar vein to eyelet curtains).
  • Pencil Pleat – Typically ring-mounted, this contemporary style uses long and tight folds that descend in a captivating and eye-catching manner.
  • Goblet Pleat – For a more traditional, regal look, consider goblet pleat curtains. Ideal for period properties with high ceilings, they feature an ornamental cuff at the top replete with decorative stitching and interlining. They make use of a draped hem and tie back, as the curtain itself doesn’t move along a rail or pole.
  • Pinch Pleat – Attached to a standard rail, these curtains group three pleats together at the top of the curtain, and are stitched at the bottom to allow it to fan out.

Don’t compromise when it comes to curtains. Get creative and find something that perfectly communicates your unique sense of style. Call CAH Blinds today on 01342 328 364.
